Classes run in 6 week sessions and are $70 for 1 a week or $120 for 2 classes per week



**By appointment - We also offer 60 minute Nutrition, Reiki or Reflexology appointments and 30 or 60 minute Personal Training classes**

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Mindful Kids
Designed for children ages 6-9, classes begin with an intuitive movement component, followed by functional movement, games, yoga poses, and sometimes a craft followed by guided meditation and a sharing circle. We work on affirmations, self-confidence, self-regulation and stress management techniques

Bootcamp
These 60 minute classes are designed for strengthening, toning and burning calories. A good mix of weights (using body weight, dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands and medicine balls) and cardio endurance (HIIT, Tabata, circuits) for a balanced workout. Class sizes are small for an individualized experience and supportive community feel.

Yoga Relax With Oils
This class is more of a Hatha based class, great for any level. We incorporate essential oils, both in a diffuser and hands-on to enhance the relaxation experience

Mama & Baby Fitness
This is a fitness class designed either for baby wearing, baby carrying or without baby as he/she plays on a blanket or rests in their car seat. You both get to decide depending on the day! We work on improving cardio endurance and strength. Modifications are provided for any post-delivery concerns and this class is open to any fitness level, providing a challenge for everyone.

Baby & Mama Yoga
Take some time to bond with baby while also nurturing your body & spirit through an all-level yoga class designed for poses with or without baby. Savasana is a favourite, snuggling with your baby while learning to relax the body and rest the mind.

Prenatal Yoga

Classes are designed for the growing and changing body while pregnant. Each class is designed to support the body in a variety of ways throughout this journey. Lots of deep relaxation while providing tools and information for preparing the body for labour and delivery.

Small Group Training
Cutting out any form of cardio, these classes are all about weight lifting. We work on proper form, and record every workout to ensure results and variety. This class is very much a self directed class, enabling you to work on whichever part(s) of the body are needed most, though a specific workout can be provided if that's your preference.

Chakra Healing
Each week in this 7 week series is devoted to a specific chakra starting with the Root Chakra. Essential oils best for encouraging the opening of that chakra are diffused during class. Yoga poses are geared toward the opening of this chakra and during restorative poses, Reiki and Reflexology are used as well.
