We offer two types of services in the Fitness world: Bootcamp classes or online Personal Training

Bootcamp 
Bootcamp classes for women offer a full body strength and cardio session that is always new. We combine body weight exercises with weight lifting, kettle bells, sandbags, pull up bars and a whole slew of other equipment to maximize results in a 60 minute class. Cardio is often presented in the form of circuits. Tabata, challenges and other HIIT style training. Classes are kept small to ensure a private, customized feel while providing accountability, support and friendship.

7:15 pm - 8:15 pm Small Group Training (4 people MAX)

Pricing
Bootcamp & Small Group:
$70 for 1 class a week for a 6 week session
$120 for 2 classes a week for a 6 week session

Yoga Stretch & Relax/Bootcamp Express
$50 for 1 class a week for a 6 week session
$90 for 2 classes a week for a 6 week session


Online Training
Bring your fitness to a whole new level! Whether you work out from home or a gym your trainer will customize a workout plan for you in consideration of your goals, fitness level, lifestyle and accessible equipment. Some benefits you will find include:

Convenience
Refer to your customized workout, created specifically for your goals, and tailored according to the equipment you have access to, and reasonable amount of time you have to dedicate to your fitness.

Videos
Safety during exercise is the MOST IMPORTANT goal of any fitness program. You will have full access to your trainer demonstrating proper form with every exercise within your plan. Optionally you may send in videos of you doing the exercise for your trainer to critique your form

Weekly Trainer Contact (ahem accountability!)
Ask your trainer questions, discuss progress, new goals, concerns and any other topics that may help with progress. Trainer is available for unlimited email and/or text support for quick questions

Periodized Monthly Training Plan
Your plan will be changed up monthly to ensure progression,variety and progress

4 week plan - $60
8 week plan - $100
12 week plan- $125
