Yoga


We offer 2 different types of yoga classes for women:

Yoga Sweat: A Vinyasa Flow class which incorporates medium to quick paced movement connection with breath, strength building and more challenging poses. Get ready to sweat! Some prior experience and understanding of basic yoga poses would be helpful, but all levels are welcome


Yoga Relax: Based on Hatha yoga, this class is designed for all levels. Poses are held for longer periods of time while focus remains on connecting with self & body. Leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated

I also teach a few classes per week at Yoga by Sarah in St. Catharines. Here is my Fall yoga schedule:




Mondays
10:00 - 11:00 am Yoga
8:30 pm - 9:00 pm Yoga Stretch & Relax

Tuesdays
9:45 - 10:55 Prenatal Yoga (Yoga by Sarah)
11:15 - 12:25 Baby & Mama Yoga (Yoga by Sarah)

Thursdays
9:45 - 10:55 am - Yoga Strength (Yoga by Sarah)
8:30 pm - 9:00 pm - Yoga Stretch & Relax

Pricing
Regular Yoga:
$70 for 1 class a week for a 6 week session
$120 for 2 classes a week for a 6 week session

Yoga Stretch & Relax
$50 for 1 class a week for a 6 week session
$90 for 2 classes a week for a 6 week session
